Option 1
Expected Delivery Date:

5 Working Days Per Position After Closing Date (DEPENDING ON VOLUMES)

  • Receive internal candidates CV’s via mail, fax, email, fax-to-email or collect from client.

  • Manual screening of applications in agreement to criteria and suitability evaluation.

  • Contacting candidates to determine salary expectations and clarify work history etc. and obtaining missing information.

  • Recording applicant details on a database as per client requirements.

  • Delivery of summary sheet and CV’s to Client.

 





 

Option 2
Expected Delivery Date:

10 Working Days Per Position After Closing Date

  • Meeting with relevant Line Manager to obtain approval on screening criteria and work requirement as well as background information on each position.

  • CV’s are received either via mail, fax, email or fax-to-email.

  • CV’s are screened and short listed candidates are contacted to determine missing info as well as to ascertain suitability etc.

  • Meeting with the candidates and getting each candidate to complete the technical questionnaire.

  • Supply client with a summary of all internal applications received (for internal candidates only) and the reasons as to why there application was unsuccessful.

  • Compiling interview questionnaire for client’s sign off when required.

  • Arranging interviews when required.

  • Handle any queries from applicants.

  • All verification and reference checks as per clients requirements to be finalised (approx. 4 candidates per position).

  • Personally presenting short-listed applications.

  • Regretting all unsuccessful candidates in writing.
There will not be any additional costs regardless of
